Purchase terms

These terms explain how Website Store orders are handled. Your order confirmation records the package, options, full project price and deposit you selected.

Scope

Your selected package and submitted requirements form the initial project scope. If your requirements need work outside that scope, I will explain the change and agree any additional cost with you before starting it.

Deposit and project balance

Checkout collects a 30% project deposit through Stripe. The remaining balance is not charged automatically. Its schedule is confirmed with you after the final scope, content requirements and milestones have been agreed. Indicative delivery times begin once required content and access have been supplied.

First-year domain and hosting

Every package includes one standard, available domain registration for 12 months and hosting for 12 months from launch. Premium domains, domain purchases from existing owners, third-party subscriptions and services outside the agreed hosting scope are excluded. The domain is registered for you with your access details provided. Hosting suitability and renewal prices are confirmed before purchase. Renewals after the included period are not free and will not be charged without your agreement.

Payment methods

Stripe displays the payment methods available for your purchase. PayPal is offered only when enabled and supported by the payment provider. Pay in 3 is subject to PayPal eligibility, status and approval, and is not guaranteed. Klarna is not advertised for these business packages. The 30% deposit and remaining project balance are separate from any repayment agreement you enter into with PayPal.

Content and feedback

You are responsible for supplying content and confirming that you have permission to use it. Timely feedback is needed to keep the agreed schedule.

Cancellations and refunds

Contact admin@devbyghani.co.uk promptly if you need to cancel. Any refund will take account of work already completed, third-party costs and your applicable statutory rights. Personalised work will not begin during a statutory cancellation period unless this has been expressly requested and acknowledged where required.
